The 84 Āsanas from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage is a
complete series of hatha yoga for the physical culturist.
The science is in the sequence which
develops physical and mental health and fitness.

However, not everyone is able to
master the complete series of advanced asanas.
Therefore, it is essential that the novice,
who desires to benefit from this scientific system,
learn from a teacher who has the
mastery and experience to modify the series accordingly.

Tony Sanchez is such a master, and his four

Tony Sanchez Academia de Yoga (TSAY), est. 2005, is registered with the national Mexico institute of sport (Nacional Instituto del Deporte). The foundation of Tony's training programs, the Yoga Challenge® series, is based on the 84 asanas of the Ghosh lineage.
